Rental Sales/ Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

- Ability to double the division Top Line and triple its Bottom Line.
- Competency to drive the sales/ leasing division to work out the sales strategy, annual sales plan & budget and to plan/ coordinate marketing and sales.
- Meet the requirements of key performance targets set by management.
- Report the work beyond the authorization to top management on time and provide sufficient information for decision-making.
- Design and optimize the jobs processes of the sales/ leasing division.
- Work out the org structure and job positions where and when required.
- Capable to manage/ build sales team for whole rental sales/ leasing.
- Offer necessary work coaching and career development guide for subordinates.
- Professionally handle all customers/ clients complaints and ensure proper resolution of each efficiently.
- Hold regular meetings to identify goals and coordinate/ review the regular sales missions.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree graduate (Marketing or MBA graduate would be an added value).
- +10 years Auto Rental Industry experience (Preferably in GCC region).
- Excellent communication skills (internally and externally).
- Competency in mapping out plans, tracing the sales result, analyzing competition and market trend.
- Strong organizing and team building abilities & be able to lead subordinates.
- Sound ability and work experience in handling sudden occurrence.
- Should be results and objectives oriented professional.
- Proficient in using MS office/ analytic applications.
- English fluency is a must.
