Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Parsons Brinckerhoff is assisting Qatar Rail with the multibillion planned works to integrate a 4-line 100-station metro, high-speed passenger rail, freight, a people mover and light rail, which once delivered will provide a fast, convenient, world-class, fully integrated railway system for the State of Qatar.
We are functioning as a PMO.

Due to this we are looking to recruit a Principal Reporting Manager to join our team in Doha.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for uniform reporting in their assigned Program
Responsible for program data assurance delivered into the PMIS
Responsible for supporting effective communications across the PMO functions to ensure consistent reporting.
Responsible for the administration and enforcement of the reporting cycle for the business.
Responsible for supporting the coordination of all reporting interfaces between projects and the business and translate the business requirements into the reporting framework
Responsible for ensuring reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently.
Responsible for representing PMO reporting at Program/Project level.
Responsible for participating in the weekly/monthly meetings with management as required
Responsible for participating in reporting forums with relevant parties as required
Responsible for providing support to Qatar Rail at external stakeholder forums as required
Responsible for reporting coordination of all reports from the PMO functions
Responsible for liaising closely with all the other PMO functions to produce the monthly QRDP report in a timely and consistent manner.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
15+ yrs of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Directs and monitors specialist/technical aspects of specific segments of a major project and assists in directing and monitoring progress.
Excellent analytic skills.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
