Job description / Role
To be responsible of reports generation and KPI's dashboards frequent updatesReports
* Collecting and reporting CS KPI's and to identify gaps in CS unites performance.
* Maintain all CS dashboards and Log all daily events.
* Generate and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports/presentations.
* Ad hoc reports when and as required.
* Provide the managements with necessary update in related to real time performance.
System
* Maintain and ensure reports availability and accuracy thorough CS systems (Cisco ,WFM ,Remedy ,Speechlog , Self-care ..etc)
* Follow up with IT and DW team for reports requirements

* Good knowledge of CS application (cisco ,speech loge ,remedy )
