Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To Handle end to end recruitment process based on our client needs.
- To handle positions at all levels from Entry level to Top- Management.
- To understand the requirements
- Initial screening and profile matching with reference to Educational Qualification, Total Experience, Relevant Skill sets, Communication skills, Team Compatibility & stability.
- To Source profiles form various job portals and media of social network
- Schedule interviews, co-coordinate with the shortlisted candidates for next levels of interviews till closure.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Candidates on a continual basis through a high volume of phone, e-mail
- Regular follow ups with offered candidate till on boarding
- Maintaining database of the candidates as per the jobs criteria's
- Involving in admin works
- Maintaining trackers of the candidates.

Requirements

- Should be flexible in performing various roles
- Should have good verbal and written communication
- Should be aggressive, have urge for learning and interest towards various roles.
- Should have commitment & be hard working
- Should have excellent software skills knowledge, preferably from computer back ground
- Should be excellent at MS Office - word, excel, PPT and Microsoft outlook, Tally experience preferred.
- Should have good analytical and reasoning ability
- Should be willing to stretch timings and work
