SALARY UP TO AED20000 Monthly
On behalf of our client, world's leading commercial real estate advisor and research company, we are looking to recruit a Research Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Research, you will be responsible for supporting him in the day to day management of both internal and external research reporting. You will assist in producing the Middle East market report documents as well as other reports as required. You will also ensure that all research is aligned with Company's standards of quality and branding.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years real estate experience in a research or consulting role.
- Middle East market experience essential.
- A university degree in economics, business administration, real estate or a similar related subject is required.
- Good report writing and editorial skills.
- An effective and experienced communicator with a high degree of comfort presenting both within and outside the organization.
- Advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE driving license required and own car preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Fluent in the English language with a multilingual individual favored.
