Job description / Role
Our client, a leading organization in the UAE is currently seeking a Research Analyst for their growing team in Dubai.
As a Research Analyst, you will be expected to support the Head of Research in the day to day management of both internal and external research reporting. You will be assisting in producing Market View documents, as well as other internal and external reports as required.
Requirements
In order to apply for the role, you must have a minimum of two years real estate experience in a research or a consulting role and have a good report writing and editorial skills. You must have an effective and experienced level of communication, with a high degree of comfort presenting both within and outside the company, as well having excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision. You must be fluent in the English language and a multilingual individual and Middle East market experience essential. A Valid UAE driving license is required and own car preferred.
