Job description / Role
The Manager of Research & Development will assist and manage the R&D team in the researching of zoning ordinances, construction regulations and environmental restrictions when considering property. They make projections that assess potential profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
Outstanding academic record required from a recognized university; MBA or MS/MA or in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Three years of experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate.
Deep knowledge of business and management principles.
Good knowledge of land development/ real estate activities and project management.
Strong analytical skill.
KSA and GCC Market Knowledge is desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills English/ Arabic.
Preferably Arab national.
