The RoleThe RoleSelect HR Services is seeking to hire a fresh graduate to start his/her career as RESEARCHER in our Dubai office. You will assist our consultants in finding the right candidates and you will carry out a part of the recruitment activities independently. You will search CV’s and make the first selection. The shortlisted CV’s will be forwarded to the HR consultants for them to arrange the interviews and assessments. You will carry out the initial screening of the candidates by telephone and inform the consultants of your findings. You will assist with the interviews and the testing. You will manage the job postings on different websites and on our own website. You will keep them updated. You will make sure that our online recruitment tool is updated and utilized well. You will register all candidates in our database so this tool can be used efficiently all the time. You will also handle other HR administration. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology. You are a good communicator and team player. You are going into detail and are well organized. You have excellent computer skills. You are capable of working under pressure. You are preferably bilingual. |
