The RoleThe RoleOur client, a well renowned Multinational organisation with business in Travel and Tourism, has an immediate requirement for a Reservation Supervisor to join their team in the Dubai office. The purpose of the role is to manage the operations of the Call Centre, ensuring that reservation queries and online enquiries are converted into confirmed bookings, whilst also maintaining the highest level of Customer Service. Managing inbound and outbound communication to and from the Call Centre including but not limited to the following; Sales: Promote and sell travel related products and services to achieve and exceed both individual and team targets Oversee and develop employee performance to ensure the highest level of Customer Service High level of response to existing and new clients via email, telephone and/or and other means of communication. Reporting: MIS Reporting, daily, weekly and monthly utilising both MS Office and the in-house reservation system. Employee Development: Full training for all employees to ensure that everyone is aware of Company policies and operating procedures. Working with employees to enhance their potential in relation to the role, empowering performers to go to the next level in their existing role. Coordination of shift patterns and working hours to ensure that all operating hours are covered. |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience as a Call Centre Supervisor Travel related industry experience would be preferred Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, are essential Good geographical knowledge of US, Canada, Middle East and Europe would be an advantage Must be computer literate |
