The RoleThe RoleHome based opportunity ideal for women who would like to based at home and would like to be in profession to continue their career Lead generation by calling from our existing database and generating local database from local markets Emailing marketing collateral Business development support which will include connecting with leading HR managers , presenting company capabilty profile and ensuring good customer relationship Client Relationship Generating Leads Exploring possibilities with Leads generated Be a part of initial meetings, brief the client on all our services, understand his requirements and communicate to VP - BD Liaison with Clients for promoting all of IPF HR Consulting services Sending proposals on clearance from VP - BD to Clients Following up prospects and sitting through negotiations Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of Scope of work, deliverables and commercial terms. To note and handle client queries prior to the signing of Contract Qualify the Position secured from the VP - BD Coordinate with VP – BD, other Account Managers for closing the deal To effectively handover client requirements Follow up with client Managing CRM Updating daily progress The candidate has flexible working hours , expect good incentive programme with excellent opportunity to have an international exposure |
