Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Act as Engineer’s Representative.
• Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project.
• Fully accountable and responsible for ensuring the PSP is in place and functioning from the beginning of the project; participates in PSP development. Ensures that all Parsons Project based employees work safely and in accordance with the PSP.
• Coordinate with the Department and Contractor.
• Liaise with other Authorities and Department and approve Contractor’s submissions.
• Advise on contractual and construction matters.
• Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress and monitor activities of his team.
• Convene and chair regular site meetings.
• Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Maintain awareness of contracts financial status.
• Give final approval to Works and arrange Handover.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (M. Sc.) with 9 year experience or
• Engineering Degree (B. Sc.) with 12 year experience.
• Operation & Maintenance experience is a must
• At least 4 years of direct and related experience at applied category.
• At least 5 years experience in managing processes, engineering contracts contractual matters, value engineering, systems, procedure, and policies.
• Engineering Master Degree/Degree/Diploma should be authenticated by ministry of higher education and scientific research, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Relevant IT skills / Computer literate.
• Excellent command of English (Communication and writing skills)
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Candidate must be in UAE
