Job description / Role
MY client is a leading UK based engineering consultancy who have recently been awarded a major project for the design and construction of roads and infrastructure in the Doha area. They are currently looking to recruit a Resident Engineer who will be responsible for site supervision of a number of roads projects to ensure that the work is being carried out to specification, on time and budget and to the desired level of quality.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree or equivalent in civil engineering and must have a proven track record of site supervision on major roads and infrastructure projects. Candidates will be familiar with UK and American design standards and will possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Candidates will preferably be from a design background and will be able to make design alterations and decisions on site.
