The RoleThe RoleWorking within KEO’s Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) Division as a Resident Engineer you will be expected to manage all administrative and technical matters associated with large scale infrastructure projects within the Abu Dhabi Region. This position requires strong leadership and client facing skills as well as the ability to work with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: •Senior on site responsible for administration of the contract and all construction related matters, specifically in the supervision of general infrastructure works including potable water network experience. •Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple contractors on site and also co-ordinate with the Client and contractor over construction issues. •Providing guidance and leadership to other site staff. •Track record of successful project experience for clients such as ADWEA, Transco, ADDC, ADM. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Registration of a recognized Professional Engineering Board such as PE (Professional Engineer) or C.Eng (Chartered Engineer) is favorable. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy would be highly beneficial, whilst prior experience in the Gulf Region is advantageous. A minimum of 12 years post graduate related experience Prior experience working within the Gulf Region is required. |
