Resident Engineer

Job description / Role

- Must have complete knowledge about civil works, building works, road works and infrastructure in Dubai.
- Full knowledge of the Fedec and DM regulation and safety measured
- Must be able to take on the spot decisions and be able to deal with all service authorities.
- Contractor payment/variation review and approval
- Familiar with the DM general conditions of contract, quality assurance, quantity surveying and project network techniques(Primavera P3)
- Site progress control with following construction program and knowing MS program
- Following shop drawing/material/sub-contractor approval Logs and procurement schedule and finishes list
- Full knowledge of authorities approval and NOCs and building material.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates.

Requirements

- At least 10-15 years experience in UAE
- Degree holder in Civil engineer
- Any nationality

Age Range 32 to 40 years of age
Salary 20,000 to 25,000 AED
