Our client is a major multi-disciplinary consultancy which is experiencing a rapid period of growth, due to several new project awards. A new requirement has arisen for a Resident Engineer to join its team based in Kuwait.

The project is a large scale villa development, so successful candidates will have previous exposure working on large scale residential / master planned community projects.

Requirements

- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
- Possess a proven track record as a Resident Engineer on Building Structures. A proven track record working in the designation of Resident Engineer for at least 5 years is essential.
- Previous exposure working within highly reputable multi-disciplinary / engineering consultancies
- Experience working in the Middle East is essential
- Exposure to large scale residential / township projects is mandatory
- Must have experience using FIDIC
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
