Resident Engineer/Project Manager - Stadiums - Qatar 2022 World Cup
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Resident Engineer/Project Manager and be actively involved in helping to deliver a prestigious stadium project which will be used during the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
My client is a high regarded international consultancy who currently have a number of high profile and iconic projects within their portfolio whilst also working on some of the biggest & most technical projects in the Middle East.
The Resident Engineer will be responsible for the oversight of the Construction Supervision Consultants own staff on site and be the primary point of contact with the client and PM in relation to site works and assist the Project PM in administering the contract on behalf of the client.
Salary/Package
QAR50-55,000 Per Month + Flights, Medical Insurance, Relocation Assistance and Gratuity.
Requirements
To be considered as the Resident Engineer on this prestigious project:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years of work experience.
- Must have experience in managing construction work in the Middle East and administering a FIDIC contract.
- Experience in a major stadium project.
- Demolition supervision is essential.
