Job description / Role
Senior Resident Project Manager - Bahrain Airport Modernisation Programme.
This is a Consultancy appointment with a leading firm. the role is a staff appointment and will see you develop a long term career with this very successful consultant. The proejct is expected to move to Post contract stages in early 2015.
Scope
- Day to day quality, technical and financial control
- Prime client contact for day to day liaison
- Resourcing and programming of activities
- Preparation of technical report task submissions
- Preparation and editing of milestone reports and internal coordination with the Design Manager to ensure the deliverables are on time and proper quality
- Sign off all technical paper and reports
- Attendance and running client meetings
The appointee will report to the Deputy Project Director
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Worked on 2-3 Airports in career at pre and post contract level.
Led the Design and Construction of major Airport Terminal Building programmes such as T5, Dubai Airports, Qatar, KSA, Hong Kong Etc.
Candidates will have a Degree in Architecture/ Construction Management or civil Engineering.
Must be a chartered or registered professional.
Strong Design Ability in CDM.
15-20 years industry experience is essential.
Package includes, strong salary package up to 5,000 - 6,500 BD per month plus 2 flights per year, healthcare, family status visa, Bonus, and 30 days holiday.
