Resident Welfare Officer

Job description / Role

A Resident Welfare Officer is urgently required by an International Contractor for an iconic and prestigious Mixed Use Community in Abu Dhabi.

Our Client is an international Company with over 700 projects, generating more than US$ 50 Billion and with more than 3,000 employees all around the Globe.
Reputable provider of world ¡V class Engineering, Infrastructure and Facilities Services, capable to undertake a wide range of challenging projects.

Responsibilities:
• Directly reporting into the Village Manager and responsible to manage the welfare, safety and security of all the residents of the Community;
• Ensure that the Resident Welfare Program is aligned with the operational requirements;
• Establish methods of communication for residents to raise any welfare related concern;
• Monitor and forecast resident arrivals and departures;
• Conduct random inspections of resident common areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or similar;
• Qualified Welfare Manager
• Fluent in English and Hindu;
• Experience in UAE market and based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
