Resource Coordinator – EET Engineering

Job description / Role

Key Accountabilities:

* Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee leave records and OT
* Maintains human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
* Coordination of training programme.
* Supporting group Admin in in terms of medical, visa, renewals.
* Coordinate the separation of exiting staff including;  separation checklists.
* Monitor, track and resolve payroll issues of employees.

Requirements

To be successful for this role, the following are the prerequisites:

* Bachelor Degree holder
* 5-7 years of experience

Technical Skills:

* Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work independently
* Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment
