Macdonald & Company are seeking to recruit a Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Real Estate Development and Construction team in Dubai Media City. This is a superb opportunity for someone to either expand their knowledge or learn this exciting sector from experts in their field.

You'll be working alongside the team in providing a range of suitable candidates for the roles they are looking to fill, through a range of search facilities / database enquiries and networking with the objective to successfully progress to the role of recruitment consultant where you will have both client and candidate interaction.

Job Description:
- To assist in identifying, vetting and short listing suitable applicants for both permanent and temporary positions.
- To match applicants against a job description and present a short list to the recruitment consultant / team manager for final selection.
- To post advertisements on web sites / job boards and handling initial responses, preparing applicants' CVs , assisting with interview arrangements and general administration.
- To search and update the internal database systems to renew contact with previous applicants and add new candidates to the database on an ongoing basis.
- When suitable training has been undertaken, to interview candidates and arrange external interviews with clients.
- To assist the team in any way necessary to support their objectives which are to achieve and exceed revenue budgets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English, a second language would prove advantageous.
- Great work ethic.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates over the telephone.
- Hard worker who can act quickly and accurately on advice from Line Management.
- Confident in own ability.
- Willing to learn on the job and via structured training programme.
- Proactive and quick thinking.
- Well organised.
- Good IT skills.
