We are currently looking for an experienced Resourcer cum Administrator for one of our Dubai Offices. This is an internal role with our Banking & Finance Recruitment team based in the DIFC office. The role is responsible for supporting a small team of Recruitment Consultants by sourcing candidates for the active jobs they are working on, providing high quality service to professional candidates, matching of candidates of best fit to client requirements while providing general administrative support to the team as and when required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Consultants in the team to ensure client roles are suitably matched with appropriate candidates and filled in line with client expectations and contractual requirements.
- Proactively attract candidates through appropriate advertising mediums ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
- Undertake thorough behavioral competency based interviews, assess candidates and complete detailed reference and background checks where applicable.
- Professionally present a candidate shortlist to the client complete with Manpower profile assessment of the candidate.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates who have been interviewed and awaiting placement.
- Support the recruitment team in our DIFC office with administrative duties, such as responding to telephone calls, ordering office stationeries, managing petty cash and office maintenance tasks.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and posting jobs on university websites.

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Recruiter or Resourcer capacity in an agency environment, recruiting for specialized roles for professionals in Banking, Finance and Legal filed, at both junior and senior levels.
- Proven experience working with highly demanding large multinational clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated team player with a target-driven attitude
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Display a high level of commitment and professionalism
- Intermediate MS Office and PC skills
