Resourcer

Job description / Role

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our in-house team of dynamic recruitment professionals. Working as Resourcer within the Human Resources Division, you will be exposed to recruitment activities across all KEO core business units with the opportunity to source candidates from the global market for numerous branch office locations and positions.

Requirements

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates against position descriptions from a variety of different sources.

• Interacting with external candidates when required to screen applicants for a position.

• Familiarity with using web-based regional and international job boards, databases and professional networking sites.

• Entering applicant information and resumes accurately and consistently into an in-house database system.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and prior exposure to use of HRMS or talent management systems preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience.

Exposure to the engineering, architecture or construction industry within the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
