Job description / Role

PURPOSE:
To provide professional support to the Hiring Managers within Mouchel Middle East across all talent sourcing activities, including but not limited to; supporting bidding managers, advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates and following up with PROs for visa applications and mobilization of new recruits.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Source a pipeline of fully qualified candidates, internally and externally, by approaching and networking with talents, screening job applications and short listing candidates in line with the job specs, and respond to hiring managers in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to ascertain candidates availability and expectations.
• Send shortlisted applications to the Hiring Managers and arrange interviews (personal/ call/ Videocon).
• Participate in competency based interviews when needed.
• Collect the required documents from the selected candidates for HR personnel file and for visa processing and ensure they are in accordance with the requirements of the respective authorities in the country of employment.
• Follow up with the selected candidates and respective PROs in the country of employment for the visa process to ensure timely mobilization according to the deployment programme, and update the Hiring Managers accordingly.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Tertiary level education.
• Certification from an internationally recognized HR bodies such as CIPD or SHRM (advantageous.).

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
• Experience of sourcing talent for the Middle East (Essential)
• Previous in-house recruitment experience.
• Understanding of KSA or other GCC countries labour law and employment regulations (Essential).
• A broad understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Experience of recruitment within the construction industry (Desirable).
• Proactive and helpful attitude.
• Proven organisational skills to manage a busy workload.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
