The RoleThe RoleWe are a boutique agency, based in JLT, with Head office in Malta. With a team of 6 in Dubai we have a solid client base across the GCC and MENA regions. We operate in a relaxed, yet high achieving environment, where everyone is accountable for their own desk. Due to increased workloads we are looking for an experienced consultant to source candidates across all functions for junior to senior positions. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, interviewing and closing roles in all regions. Ideally you will have experience in client management, and if you want BD - however, filling positions is of a higher priority. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have at least 5 years hands on recruitment experience, gained in a high activity environment. You will be able to meet targets, identify candidates across all sorts of positions and industries and find no role too difficult to pick up! We operate on a team basis, where everyone helps each other out, and expect you to be the same. We have a BD Manager, who picks up the roles and manages the client process, however, if someone wants to do a 360 degree role, then the option is there. This is a career orientated role - perhaps you are tired of the big agency sausage factory and want to join a more relaxed, autonomous and independent environment. We pay above market commissions for successful placements. |
