Respiratory Lead Near East

Job description / Role

An opportunity has arisen with a multinational pharmaceutical business where they would like to take on Near East region on their Respiratory portfolio

This role reports to the General Manager - Near East and is flexible to be based out of Lebanon or Jordan. You would be responsible to ensure implementation and adherence to the new Sales Force Compensation Model and new HCP interactions guidelines. You will ensure the successful design and implementation of strategies to deliver BU performance via oversight of sales & marketing activities, in addition to supporting marketing activities for Near East markets. It will be critical to ensure that any/all compliance risks are mitigated by applying transparency in relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This will require the incumbent to formulate, evaluate and implement compliance initiatives in line with global compliance practices

Scope of this position is within 4 markets across Near East i.e. Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria

Requirements

- MBA (preferred) or Bachelor degree with minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. 10+ years of overall experience with some level of exposure to the Respiratory portfolio is required
- Experience in working cross functionally to develop innovative strategy and implementation plans.
- Well developed commercial acumen: including sound business analytics, business case development and commercial modeling.
- Change management leadership with a particular focus on capability building and embedding new skills and knowledge in the business.
- High commitment to ethical, values based management.
- Proven ability to implement a team based performance culture.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated and persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.
- Experience within in the ME region would be advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic (preferred).
