Job description / Role

The FOH managers contribute to the success of RFC through direction and control of FOH operations to create positive guest experiences and company profitability. He drives the culture of WILD guest service and WILD work environment. They drive the FOH labor through proactive scheduling and reacting to business trends with positive results daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. They demonstrate strong salesmanship techniques to continuously exceed weekly budgets, weekly PPA’s, and comparative store sales. They ensure guest experience through Sequence of Service, with accent on training and timings. They take ownership of specific work groups through communication and follow through. They focus on Crew development through awareness, crewmember issues, incentives, recognition and role modeling excellence. They are responsible for accurate record keeping (financial reports, new hire paperwork, separations, leaves of absences, and discipline issues). They are proactive with staffing needs and they follow hiring criteria. They must work a variety of hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Hotel and Restaurant Management
Other certifications obtained: Basic Food Safety
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor
Specialist knowledge: Computer Literate
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership, Driving Sales
Language Fluency: English
Current Location: UAE only
