The Role:
Manages store operations through Passion, Partnership, Integrity and FUN! With our core values as their guide, a General Manager will be the guiding force in each of our Texas Roadhouse locations in the Middle East. They are responsible for overseeing all operations, from our Legendary Food, Legendary Service to our amazing Scratch-Based food!
Restaurant General Managers are responsible for the overall success of the restaurant and our teams, which include, but are not limited to:

* Management team development and achievement of performance levels
* Awareness and management of restaurant financial systems
* Absolute dedication to ensure the team delivers Legendary Food, Legendary Service to each and every guest

Responsibilities:
* Leader who is passionate, fun, and energetic
* Builds guest loyalty through Legendary Food, Legendary Service and community-centered local store marketing
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Consistently builds sales and profits
* Operates with excellence
* Supports rapid regional expansion

Requirements

* Three (3) or more years management experience in Casual Dining (full service) restaurants
* New restaurant opening and training experience is preferred
* Must commit to 18 weeks of US-based training
* Assertively engaged in career development for themselves and staff
* Must be able to create and thrive in a fun and caring environment
* Respect and appreciation for a variety of cultures and nationalities
