Job description / Role
The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant/pub, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
Requirements
A Western preferably or Arab expat who is a polished female or male candidate with previous 5-10yrs experience managing a high paced restaurant/pub environment and large team of front office staff is needed urgently. Must be assertive, innovative and passionate about hospitality. Highly organized and comfortable with dealing with pressure.
