Job description / Role
Reporting to the Operations Director & overseeing the entire front of house operation in a busy, licensed British Gastro Pub Style restaurant. The role is responsible for the service standards, hygiene & financial health of the restaurant. The role requires a strong trainer who can drive the team & revenues forward in a challenging environment.
Requirements
The required candidate is a young, dynamic British national who has experience in a similar environment as well as experience in the UAE. Hospitality management studies are preferred & skills in training & development are highly desired.
