Restaurant Managers - Independent Casual Dining Restaurants

Exciting opportunities exist with our clients for independent Restaurant Managers across the UAE. Reporting to the Operations Managers & leading small but dedicated teams the Restaurant Manager is responsible for the financial health of the outlet, guest satisfaction, staff training, liaison with the culinary team, some marketing & social interaction with the local community.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least three years restaurant management experience, preferably from independent casual dining restaurants; not hotels; recent time spent working in the Middle East is highly desired as is pre-opening experience. A degree in hospitality management from a Western Institute is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, Arabic will be considered beneficial.

Only single status candidates can be considered for these role.

Candidates who are currently in the region are preferred.
