Job description / Role
Food Fund International was developed as a concept over 10 years ago by Costa Tomazos, the Chairman of Food Fund International, who started his F&B experience in the 1970s by opening one of the first steakhouse chains in South Africa.
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager and Restaurant Manager for our outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Job title -Restaurant Manager / Reporting to – General Manager
The candidate will be required to:
To deliver superior customer service levels and achieve budgeted financial results.
To instil and sustain a healthy leadership style in line with the company's leadership ethos.
The restaurant manager has the final responsibility in ensuring the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably while upholding Food Fund International reputation and culture.
Requirements
This person should be rounded in both people and operational skills. He/she should be a strong leader and have the ability to motivate staff.
This person must be customer centric and engage effectively with customers. Operationally this person needs to be disciplined, consistent and efficient.
We require a minimum of 3 years experience
Good Financial understanding of Restaurant operations
Passionate about customer service and quality
Strong communications skills
