Job description / Role
Restaurant Manager - Excellent tax free package
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a new brand debuting in the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Brand Development Manager & leading a team of up to 40 you will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation, training, management of brand standards, health & safety, HACCP & of course service standards.
Requirements
To be considered, you will have a minimum of three years General Manager experience in a very high volume, strongly restaurant in the UK & be used to managing a large team. You will be able to manage a high volume turn over of guests and be able to manage the financial reporting of the restaurant.
A Western candidate is sought for this role.
