Job description / Role
Triage is looking for Restaurant Manager for one of our high profile clients based in Dubai.
You will be responsible to manage their owned and Sushi restaurant to achieve the company targeted sales plans and ensure operations execution to meet company standards and customer expectations within the designated location.
The role:
Oversee Restaurant Operations
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage, train, and develop team
Assist with annual appraisals
Manage customer queries
Work within budgeted guidelines
Requirements
Previous hands on Restaurant Management experience is essential
Knowledge of Sushi / Japanese Dining would be advantageous
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
Strong exposure in driving sales across dine in and dine out.
Excellent grooming standards
