Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Manager - Casual Dining - Abu Dhabi

Currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor/ Asst. Manager to join our team in UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, handle day to day running of the restaurant with every guest receiving unparalleled service.
- Check customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Achieve daily revenue targets as well as control costs to ensure maximum level of profitability while maintaining operating standards
- Actively safeguard companys standards of food and beverage quality, customer service, cleanliness, health, hygiene & safety
- Support in handling day to day running of the restaurant by actively promoting restaurant
- Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers

Requirements

- 4-6 years of upscale Casual Dining experience in well know International Restaurant in UAE.
- Good Bilingual (Arabic & English) communication skills, time management & Attention to Details is a MUST.
- Age group is between 24 to 34 years with pleasant personality
Bachelors degree holder (any discipline)
