Job description / Role
Our client, a provider of reward solutions, is seeking a key account manager for their retail division.
Reports to the Key Account Director
- To develop a strong relationship throughout the partners key personnel whilst building a comprehensive understanding of client business drivers, strategy and competitive landscape.
- Managing cross functional teams and processes to assure that the Loyalty programs they manage exceed the financial, customer and client satisfaction targets.
- The immediate role will be to maintain a long term relationship with key accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them. The account manager will play an integral role in the management of the interface between the client and the rest of the business divisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of Loyalty program experience ideally in the retail and/or banking, FMCG sectors client or agency side
- Other loyalty program experience considered
- Strong analytical skills; excellent project management skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience
- Proven success in leading cross functional team
- Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking

- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Manage project details while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to improve the project and procedures upon historical performances
