Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To support the Retail Clients Transformation Group Head in all data and analytics related work with respect to the project; this includes managing data integrity, accurateness and ensuring a solid tracking mechanism globally.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Analytics:
* Act as a central focal point for all data related to the global transformation for Retail Clients
* Liaise with country, regional and Group stakeholders to ensure timely submission of deliverables, and ensure effective communication at all levels
* Maintain trackers on project updates
* Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and related implications
* Conduct extensive analysis on data and propose effective solutions
* Prepare weekly packs, reports and decks for circulation to relevant stakeholders
* Identify, analyze, lead / participate in all initiatives intended to ensure proper tracking of all agreed upon action items
* Ensure that all data is treated very confidentially and shared with the relevant stakeholders
* Receive data from multiple sources, and summarize key points after consolidation and reconciliation.

Requirements

JUDGEMENT/ COMPLEXITY
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to liaise with country, regional and global stakeholders and clearly articulating what is expected and set timelines
* Ability to understand the target operating model for Retail Clients
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Power-point
* Ability to interpret large amounts of data and convert into meaningful analysis

* Accuracy of data
* Success and timeliness of project implementation
* Timeliness of submissions both locally and to group
* Successful implementation of initiatives
