The RoleThe RoleOur client is a leading conglomerate headquartered in Dubai and operational across the Middle East with over 180 stores across multiple markets. Operating in some of the most renowned Luxury and lifestyle Retail brands globally and well reputable Automotive sales and services, makes the business one of the leading diversified conglomerates in the UAE. The role is a key leadership opportunity managing all Retail System Applications for the business. Planning, leading and executing Oracle Retail IT projects or programmes of varying scope, size, risk & complexity from their business case. Liaising with all Business Units to automate and improve Retail business processes for operational efficiencies, integrated-ness and controls. Carry out deployment lifecycle, ensuring sound project governance for budgetary compliance and risk management, as per Retail business requirements. |
RequirementsRequirements- Oracle Retail / Retek experience - A strong understanding of Oracle Retail Applications - Retail Back office experience (merchandising, financial planning, replenishment and allocation) - Monitor Retail programme progress through all its phases, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as appropriate - Experience in managing a team to guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles - Experience in Advising & guiding stake holders on the impact of programme roll out and necessary preparedness from change management perspective for smooth implementation and deriving maximum value out of the system. |
