The RoleThe RoleA growing Bank in the UAE require a motivated and experienced Emirati National Area Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi. A growing Bank in the UAE require a motivated and experienced Emirati National Area Manager in Abu Dhabi. Your responsibilities: -work closely and support the Head of Retail Banking in expanding the branch network strategy for the allocated area -recognise new market trends -work with the Head on marketing strategies and implementing them -supervise branch managers -maintain regular contact with staff and aid them to achieve and excel targets -participate in the launch of new branches -drive sales and business development initiatives to meet budget -timely delivery of coaching, training and mentoring -ensure compliance in operations, internal control, credit and all other branch aspects -developing staff and recruit branch managers |
RequirementsRequirementsYou must have: -Significant experience in the branch network with several years experience as a Branch Manager -Preferable experience in both retail and corporate banking -suitable academic qualifications -Strong leadership qualities -Ability to inspire excellent performance in others This is a good opportunity to join a growing bank with a healthy balance sheet and outlook.
