Job description / Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Retail Banking, the Retail Banking Sales Coach will ensure that the Qatar based Bank team exceeding Sales targets. Using industry knowledge the Sales Coach will teach and mentor the Retail banking staffs.
Role description:
The Retail Banking Sales Coach will write programs, run classes and provide one on sales training for the wider Retail banking Group. The Sales Coach will be expected to deliver training plans and measurable targets for the Retail Banking Group. This role will be best suited to a person with exceptional sales skills in a team leader or Branch Manager Position.

Must haves:
• Proven sales history in Retail Banking
• 6 years banking experience
• GCC banking experience
• Degree in a related field
• Understanding of Retail banking products
• Be able to clearly explain a sales process
• Charismatic
• KPI focused approach
• Exceptional communication skills
