Job description / Role
Major responsibilities include but not limited to -
• Developing retail branding program in association with the General Manager and other departments.
• Enhance brand and corporate image on a regional level to achieve customer loyalty and profitability.
• Develop required promotional material in coordination with marketing department
• Work close to Colour Design Studio to integrate new trends/products in retail presentation
• Develop a strong professional relationship internally with all departmental staffs and externally with key accounts.
• Develop retail concept that can be rolled out to all territories.
• Create a guide that showcase retail concept and can be used as a sales tool.
• Implement new retail concept to current outlets.
• Implement new retail concept to other outlets that would arise locally or regionally.
• Work close with retail sales manager to evaluate current market position for the company and how to strengthen it.
• Work close to all territories sales managers to expand company retail presence in their respective areas.
• Develop market programs to promote new showrooms.
• Develop retail campaigns and measures to evaluate effectiveness.
• Evaluate promotional material requirements for retail market.
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have atleast 8-10 years experience in retail marketing. Experience in paint and coatings industry will be preferred. Extensive knowledge of the retail industry in the GCC and UAE experience is a must. Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate others are required. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are necessary.
