Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 13,000 – 16,000

A leading luxury watches and jewellery retailer is keen to hire a Retail Co-ordinator to provide professional support to the Retail Director so as to help to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial / administrative tasks. They will also be required to keep official records and prepare reports for the retail department and secure accurate information among the department and with our internal Boutique network.

Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant to Retail Director:
Manage the calendar and independently schedule appointments.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond, independently, when possible.
Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging the facilities, the caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling the event budget.
Prepare records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for retail meetings.
Organize / coordinate business trips and prepare managers expense reports.

Retail Activities:
Retail support: provide information related to Retail activities.
Transfer information to Cartier Boutiques when required.
Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management.
Organize and maintain Boutiques database information including lease information.
Order stationery tools such as business cards for Internal Boutiques staff.
Participate in the cross functional activities when relevant.
Compute stock adjustment forms and verify petty cash Boutique reports.

Retail Operations:
Uniforms consolidate orders and follow-up throughout internal network respecting budget planned. Provide feedback on quality and exact needs for better control and cost savings. Plan a budget for next year and review possible cut.
Coordinate the flowers arrangements for the boutiques according to the International guidelines respecting budget planned.
Take part on operations for any additional projects coming along the activity.

Retail Gathering / Meeting:
Retail gathering could occur for our internal and external retail networks:
Set-up Retail meeting and create the minutes to be validated by Retail Director.
Follow-up with Marketing & Communication departments the organization of the Annual retail seminar.
Provide assistance to send all the necessary elements (invitations, special cards,).
Secure proper communication and information with Boutique staff and organizational team.
Presence on site might be required.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
Degree required. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
2 - 3 years experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Fluent English required. French and Arabic a plus.
Good planning and organizing skills, ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to multi-task.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Good time management skills.
Availability to work extended hours.
Pro-active and dynamic.
Team oriented.
