The RoleThe Role1. Assist Compliance Manager & MLRO in all aspects of the Retail Compliance function. 2. Provide prompt, courteous, and high quality Compliance support to Retail Department. 3. Monitor and evaluate day-to-day compliance by business and functional units with legal and regulatory obligations. 4. Build a ‘compliance culture’ in all business and operations in Saudi Arabia, and appropriately and tactfully convince colleagues of the critical importance of complying with applicable laws, regulations, rules, codes, and best practices applicable to their activities, and offer practical solutions in that regard that maximize compliance. 5. Monitor and evaluate day-to-day compliance with SAMA’s rules on Retail Business as well as the CBB. 6. Review ‘Know Your Customer’ documentation obtained from the existing and new customers and ensures that KYC documentation obtained is in line with AML/CFT regulations, including review and implementation of Policies, Procedures and guidelines. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered in the job, he must posses the following: 1. Bachelor's Degree (University Degree) 2. Saudi National 3. 3 Years experience as Compliance Officer or 2 Years as Retail Compliance Officer 4. Bilingual (Arabic & English) with good speaking and writing skills. |
