The RoleThe RoleA. Job Purpose : To protect and manage profitably the bank’s retail earning assets (i.e. personal loans, credit cards and home loans). Monitor financial exposures and eliminate potential risks/losses/frauds that threatens the bank’s resources. B. Duties & Responsibilities : 1.Regularly evaluates manuals, policies and procedures to hasten processing time, reduce customer complaints and prevention of possible losses 2.Periodically reviews and develops new Programs for credit cards, personal loans and home loan to keep up with industry growth and expand market share, also to be updated with market trends such as the new counter-fraud system for cards 3.Manage the periodic Credit and Behavioral Score Reviews 4.Handles the monthly Portfolio Performance review of booking-quality and risks, identifies segments showing poor performance or manifesting potentials for more credit exposures, as well as review of systems and portfolio exception reports 5.Review and evaluate monthly the Cards and Loans delinquencies and highlights the adverse trends to Management 6.Handles and deliberates on Exceptional cases and Re-scheduled loans; monitors and controls the Approvals to avoid probable losses. 7.Ensures the Department’s full compliance with manuals, policies and legalities. 8.Product PPR/Forecasts, including provisioning and W/O, formulation and monthly variance analysis 9.Deals with Internal and External Audits 10.Coordinates with Credit Division/RMD for resolution of all credit related issues. |
RequirementsRequirements- Bachelors degree - 5 to 10 years related experience in retail banking - Knowledge in credit risk analysis. - With related training - With leadership and managerial ability - Age: 25 year minimum, 40 years maximum. |
