Vindico Retail is a specialist provider of Tenant Coordination & Retail Delivery services to developers, owners and operators of large scale Retail Real Estate property.

The company provides comprehensive expertise on a local, regional and global level and is an industry leader in Retail Delivery services.

The primary function of the Retail Delivery Manager is administer the terms and conditions of a Tenants Agreement for Lease; facilitating design as per the Design Criteria Manual, construction as per the Fit-Out Guide and compliance with local authorities.

- Demonstrates a stakeholder focused approach; endeavours to establish and maintain positive working relationships throughout the Retail Delivery process.
- Coordinates all aspects of the Retail Delivery programme to achieve on time completion of allocated units using all available resources.
- Actively monitors the Fit Out process to eliminate possible opportunities for delay whilst monitoring that all aspects of the build are compliant with required approvals.

Requirements

- 2-4 yrs. Experience in Retail Delivery / Project Management / Design / Construction
- Degree in Arch / Construction/ Engineering and related field experience
- Ability to read & understand construction related documents/drawings
- Experience in customer facing role, building relationships
- Drivers License

Skills:
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google
- Communication: Communicates well in English, both verbal and written
- Teamwork (Interpersonal skills): Ability to work within a multicultural team of all levels of the business
- Influence & Negotiation: Demonstrates confidence to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. Persuasive with details and facts
- Initiative: Able to work under minimal supervision with self-motivation to complete tasks.
- Adaptability: Able to work on many tasks at one time. Demonstrates ability to prioritize where required.
- Hard Working: Takes all steps necessary to complete tasks on time.
