Job description / Role
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Architect/Interior Designer who wants to STILL design however be based on the Client side.
This company have a number of growing assets within Largescale retail, Leisure and Amusement developments, with this set to expand across the GCC.
Their Inhouse Design team, requires assistance from a talented Designer who can conceptually design, develop and document various scales of retail projects, aswell as manage large roll out projects with international retailers design teams.
This role encapsulates conceptual design, delivery and project management.
Requirements
This individual will ideally be based in the UAE, with large scale retail design and delivery experience. Ie. Retail Mall Design and delivery, aswell as retail roll out and to a less extent retail shop fit outs.
This Architect or Interior Designer will have excellent knowledge of the Retail industry, have conceptual design flair, be technically savvy, hands on documentation experience, AutoCAD expertise.
This person will come from a retail design consultancy or client side, having maintained design input.
This professional will be a strong communicator and be able to present to teams and senior management.
