Job description / Role
Reporting to the Retail Operations Director within this multinational retailer, you primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop the retail design strategy for new store openings and renovations across the GCC
- Co-ordinate with different stakeholders in mall management as well as the commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment on design requirements
- Develop the tendering documentation for multiple simultaneous projects
- Establish criteria for evaluating materials, prepare samples and source all necessary materials
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience in architectural design within a retail business
- A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
- Project/Construction Management certification such as PMP
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications
