A leading Property Developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Retail Leasing Director, for one of their most prestigious shopping malls. The role will involve full ownership of the leasing function and as such the coordination and negotiation with all brands. You will be expected to conduct high profile meetings and be comfortable and understand complex retail mixes and brand consortium.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a strong retail leasing background preferably within large malls. You must be able to demonstrate a key understanding of what makes a successful retail mix and also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in major mall leasing.
