Retail Leasing Manager - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

Spanning 3 million square meters Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are seeking to hire a Retail Leasing Manager to maximise the shopping centre income and maintain a higher level of occupancy rates in alignment with the Leasing department business strategy, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:

* Market Intelligent: Maintaining a premium rentals.
* Budgeting / Budget Reviews: Forecasted against actual revenues.
* Brands Awareness: To allocate the right brand in the right location
* Documentation Process: From Brand profiles till the Lease documents.
* Reporting Process: Weekly and monthly reports measuring the Leasing activities performance.
* Lowest Occupancy rate: Vacant units strategy with prospect tenants list.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Degree in Business / Engineering or any relevant degree.

Minimum Experience: 5 years of Retail Lease / Sales experience including:

* Strong Technical knowledge in managing all Leasing activities.
* Good understanding of Tenant mix, zoning and brands.
* Strong Retail Leasing/Financial background.
* Good understanding of mall operations, procedures and policies.
* Good understanding of mall marketing activities, promotions and advertisement.

Job-Specific Skills:

* High negotiations and sales techniques.
* Excellent Customer care skills.
* Very strong Retail background.
* Very strong English language.
* Market intelligence from Developments perspective.
* Strong Brands knowledge.
