Job description / Role
A leading Property Developer is seeking a highly experienced leasing manager. The role will be working on one of the most prestigious shopping complexes in the region. You will be responsible for identifying suitable brands, liaising with clients, negotiating leases, issuing MOUs and closing deals. It is an autonomous role for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility and acting on their own initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to be part of a fast paced dynamic organisation.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in retail leasing.
You must also be flexible to travel and happy to be based in Qatar.
Must be able to prove you can close deals.
Arabic speaker is highly preferred.
