Job description / Role
A Leading Retail Property Developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Retail Leasing Manager to work on their latest development. The role will involve the full scope of leasing from involvement with the tenant mix through to the issuing of LOIs and MOUs.
You will be responsible for meeting with all Retailers, negotiating the leases and then closing the deals. This is a great role for someone who has extensive retail leasing experience but wants to take a lead on a major project.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a Retail Leasing background and have a proven track record in managing a Leasing deal from inception to completion. You will need to demonstrate that you have already established relationships with retailers and are adept at closing deals. You will be very presentable, articulate and happy to work in a highly pressured environment.
